In today’s workout, we are focusing on the upper body and core
We have 5 exercises that we repeat twice before moving onto a plank that appears throughout the workout for your core and to break up the upper body exercises.
This workout goes for around 33 minutes and is a great start for a beginner.
Please warm up prior to this workout & also cool down after this workout 💗

Ps. For your reference, I used to separate DB weights in this workout. I alternated between 8kg and 6kg
