About Kirby Bree Fitness

Kirby Bree Fitness is a women’s-only strength, conditioning and Pilates studio in Cardiff, NSW, built around one simple belief: women deserve a place to move, get stronger and feel supported without feeling judged or intimidated.

Since 2017, KBF has grown into a community of women of all ages, fitness levels and stages of life. We offer Group Fitness, Reformer Pilates, Thrive Beyond 60, Personal Training and Semi-Private Training, with experienced coaches who genuinely get to know the women they train.

We’re not about smashing yourself in the gym or trying to fit a certain mould. We’re about helping women build strength, confidence and consistency in a way that works for real life.

Our studio is welcoming, supportive and child-friendly  and whether you're completely new to exercise, returning after years away, or already love training, there’s a place for you here.

At KBF, you’re never just another number. We notice when you’re here, we notice when you’re not, and we genuinely care about helping you keep showing up for yourself.
