Our exclusive Mums and Bubs fitness class runs every Tuesday / Thursday at 12 p.m. for 30 minutes, the program is designed for new mums to enter into at any time and runs for 4 weeks.
You are welcome to bring your baby/children with you to this class and all of our classes.
We aim to build your ability, self-confidence, and fitness so you can transition into exercise safely.
Before you start the program, we do require you to come in for a 30-minute consultation, this allows us to perform a basic movement, core and pelvic floor assessment to help you get started with confidence and ease.
We also allow you one additional class of your choice per week on our timetable that you can attend; this is to help you gain a better awareness of exercises and functional movement to help you on your exercise journey.
The cost of the 4-week program is $50 p.w this is inclusive of your 30-minute consultation/movement assessment & one additional class per week of your choice.
