Classes run Monday through to Saturday, you will have unlimited access to our timetable for 28 days. 

Our aim is to build your ability, self-confidence, and fitness so you can transition into exercise safely.

Before you start the program we do require you to come in for a 30-minute personal training consultation, this allows us to perform a basic movement, core and pelvic floor assessment to help you get started with confidence and ease.

The cost of the 28 Day program inclusive of your 30-minute personal training consultation is $199.
