Welcome to Day 1 Full Body Strength Workout incorporating a barbell 💗
In this workout, we will also use kettlebells, dumbbells, a slam ball and a barbell.
➡️ If you don’t have a barbell you are able to use dumbbells for the push press and also use dumbbells for the sit-up & kettlebell swing.
Things can always be changed where need be when exercising from home with equipment 🙂
The workout will be the following 4 exercises completed EMOM (every minute on the minute for the duration of that minute) with a 10-second rest for the next exercise to come in.
The exercises are: ⬇️
Devils Press
Kettlebell Swing
Push Press
Sit Up Slam
➡️ You will have a one minute and 20-second rest between each round, there are 5 rounds in total.
This is a good burner! Our ladies in class loved it 🤭
Remember to push yourself in this workout, it’s short, sharp and fast and we want to make sure our heart rate stays nice and high and you get a good sweat up!
Also remember though keep your form, shake it off if you need to reset and go again in your 1 minute of work.
The more you put into your workout the more you will get out 💗
