MY FIRST CLASS
This is really exciting! So don’t be nervous xx
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
AM I FIT ENOUGH?
Kirby gets asked this question alot, and can relate in so many ways as starting a new group fitness class can be daunting.
Every lady that has started with you prior to now, has asked the same question. Our community of women are supportive, welcoming and friendly. They will make you feel like you’ve been attending for years.
Just remember to be kind to yourself, work at your own pace, and Kirby will be there every step of the way to help guide you.
WHAT ABOUT INJURIES?
Depending on your injury or the issue, we can alter most exercises to accommodate things like bad backs, knees, ankles, abdominal separation, weak pelvic floor. Just make sure you have disclosed this on your health and medical form, and make sure you have clearance from your health care professional first.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Click on the address above and it will take you to Google Maps.
CAN I BRING CHILDREN?
Kirby gets that women need a space to bring their children along too whilst they exercise, this is free for all children to use.
Whilst there is no child minder there is a large area dedicated for the little ones, it is a safe space that has toys, tables, chalk board, and they can still see you at all times.
You are welcome to bring food for them to eat, or their own toys.
For the bigger kids, they are also welcome in the play area, or they are welcome to sit on the pink couches next to the play area.
Children are still within your care at all times, during your attendance. Babies are welcome to stay in prams, if you like.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY TRIAL?
You can become a member.
We have 3 membership options you can choose from after your trial.
Silver Membership
$47 p/w 12-month contract, unlimited access to group fitness classes
Gold Membership
$52 p/w 6-month contract, unlimited access to group fitness classes
Platinum Membership
$57 p/w no lock-in contract, unlimited access to group fitness classes
Why do you only have unlimited access to classes?
A long time ago I worked out that ladies have massive guilt when signing up for a membership that was either 2 classes per week or 3 classes per week, if they didn’t attend x amount of those classes they gave up and would quit their membership.
By making it an all-in-one unlimited choice it honestly cuts down the guilt women have and they are able to really focus on their goals and reach them!
