We get it , squeezing in a workout when you’ve got little ones can feel like an Olympic event. That’s why we’ve made things as easy (and welcoming) as possible.

We have a designated kids’ area where your little ones can safely play or relax within your sight the whole time.

While we don’t offer a crèche, our space has been thoughtfully designed so you can focus on your workout while still keeping an eye on your mini-me. Because we believe every woman deserves time to move her body even when motherhood’s in full swing. 💕

Classes run every Tuesday at 10:15 am for 30 minutes
 
Bookings are essential; message Kirby on 0427 255 491 to book your spot.
 
First 2 sessions are FREE, the cost after then is $20 per class, pay as you go.
