We offer 1 on 1 personalised training for ladies who just want to focus on themselves.
We offer personal training online or in person.
To start with we get you to book a consultation.
It’s really important to us that you are comfortable, and that you feel like we are the right fit for you.
In this consult, if it’s in person we sit on our pink couches and chat about what made you reach out to us, what your future health and wellness goals are, and how we can provide those stepping stones for you to reach your ultimate health and wellness goals. If you are opting to train online with us, we have our consult over the phone, or via zoom/which is a video call.
After the initial consultation if you feel like we are the right fit for you and you would love for us to help you, there are a few different options for online or face-to-face training.
Please note we truly find attending around two PT sessions per week optimal – there is also the opportunity if you like to jump into classes if you feel comfortable 🙂
In person at our gym, we offer two options.
30-minute sessions are $44 per session you can either have this set up as a weekly direct debit or pay in full. (minimum 10 weeks)
45-minute sessions at $60 per session you can either have this set up as a weekly direct debit or pay in full. (minimum 10 weeks)
